Who this notice covers
This notice covers the RentClaw marketing website and launch waitlist. RentClaw is operated by Idan Romski (עידן רומסקי), at 8 Haim Landau Street, Holon, Central District, Israel (חיים לנדאו 8, חולון, ישראל). Idan Romski is the controller responsible for the personal information described here. Contact support@rentclaw.app about privacy, or genia@geniaromski.info about waitlist email. App account, purchase and case-file processing require the applicable in-app notice.
What we collect
If you join, we collect your moving-stage answer, email address, first name, optional phone number, email-consent choice, consent-notice version, submission time and signup source. SendPulse may record technical and confirmation information, including IP address and subscription time. Cloudflare processes connection and security information to deliver this website. Do not enter case evidence, landlord details or sensitive information into this form.
Purposes and choices
With your consent, we send RentClaw launch updates and the exclusive waitlist offer. When you submit the completed form with your email consent, you join the mailing list without a separate email confirmation. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed. Name and email are required to join; providing a phone number is optional and does not affect your offer.
Phone contact
If you provide your phone number, you ask us to contact you personally about early access. This is not consent to automated calls, marketing texts or WhatsApp marketing. You can skip the number or ask us to remove it.
Service providers and international processing
SendPulse processes the waitlist and email delivery, and Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Your information may be processed outside your country. Applicable provider contracts and transfer safeguards govern that processing; contact us for details. We do not sell waitlist information or use this form for third-party targeted advertising.
Storage and retention
The form keeps unsubmitted contact details in the current page, not in browser storage. A session-storage flag remembers that the popup has appeared. Submitted details are retained while needed to operate the launch waitlist and your chosen communications. After you unsubscribe or request deletion, limited consent and suppression records may be retained to respect your choices and legal obligations. Provider security and backup records follow applicable retention schedules.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw marketing consent without penalty. Contact support@rentclaw.app; we may verify that a request comes from you. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. This waitlist is intended for adults and concerns a California-focused product.
Changes
Effective September 23, 2026. We will update this notice when our website or waitlist processing changes. New purposes requiring consent will not be treated as covered by your existing choice.
